Hey Mom, Look What I Can Do! (Crafty Things)

One of our ToT posts from way back when was to discuss our creative sides, and post some pics of projects we have recently completed.  Well, one of the reasons I haven't been blogging lately is because I've been working on so many projects in my spare time-what little spare time I have at the moment. I can't believe I haven't posted anything since October! Fear not ToT followers, I have not abandoned my group. I hope to be back blogging very soon. For now,  I'd like to take a minute to puff out my chest with pride and show off some of these projects.
I made this wreath for my grandmother for her birthday.

Mia shared these owl cookies with her class in celebration of her birthday.

This is the first garment that I've ever sewn.  I made the shoulders way too small, but thank goodness it still fit.

I don't often make things for myself, but I had some yarn left over from my grandmother's wreath so I made one for our door, too .

This blanket was the project of the summer for me. I started it in May and finished it in October. It was my first attempt at a blanket this large, and at making granny squares. I'm quite proud of it.

That's all for show and tell for now. I'm working on a few projects for Christmas of course. I'll be posting those soon.  I'm also working on some curtains for my son's bedroom. It should be interesting.
