Yum! I recently went to T.G.I. Friday's and had their Jack Daniels BBQ Chicken Flatbread appetizer. It was so good. I tried to recreate the dish at home. I'm always looking for something inspiring to eat at lunch.  I get stuck in a rut when it comes to lunch.  This is just what I needed to get out of that rut!
